What is the status of my order?Updated a year ago

Once you have placed your order with us, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order. 

Please check that all the details on your order confirmation email is correct, including the shipping date, shipping address and phone numbers. 

Once your order is shipped we will send you another email confirming that your order has been shipped and we will also supply you with a tracking number. 

DPD will then reach out to you on the morning of your delivery, usually by 11am, to give you a timeframe, between an hour, of when your order will be delivered. 

You have several options to select a safe place or redeliver if you're not home during these hours. 

Can I change my order?

This will be entirely dependant on the products you have requested and the delivery date / method you have selected. Please contact our customer service team at [email protected] to discuss your options.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship only within the UK, excluding Northern Ireland. We do not ship abroad.

How long does it take to ship my order?

This will be dependant on the delivery method selected...

DPD Standard - All orders placed before 11am Monday - Thursday using this shipping option will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on Monday. 

Date Shipping and Weekend Shipping  - Orders are dispatched the day prior to the delivery date that you selected when checking out. You can double check these dates, by referring to the confirmation email that you will have received when you placed your order. 

Same Day Delivery London (Order by 11am, Mon-Fri) Orders placed before 11am Monday to Friday will be delivered on the same day. Please be aware that if you select this delivery option after 11am on Friday, or over the weekend, that your order will not be delivered until Monday.
