How can I track my order?Updated a year ago

Once your order is shipped we will send you an email confirming that your order has been shipped and we will also supply you with a tracking number. 

DPD will then reach out to you on the morning of your delivery, usually by 11am, to give you a timeframe, between an hour, of when your order will be delivered. 

You have several options to select a safe place or redeliver if you're not home during these hours. 

Additionally, you can track the status of your order from your "order history" section on your account page on the website.

What if I'm not home?

You will have the option to choose a safe place or to redeliver with DPD. We suggest to download the app to put in any delivery instructions you wish to.
