Can I make changes to my order?Updated a year ago

Yes you can. If you get in touch with us before your order is being delivered, (we ask for a least 2 days notice), we can delete and refund you for items you no longer wish for. 

Can I change the delivery date?

You can change the delivery date 1-2 days before your order is due to be dispatched. 

Can I change my delivery date when my order is in transit?

No you can not, it is too late at this point in time. Please do not try and put a stop, a cancellation or change the delivery address with Pack Fleet or DPD whilst your package is in transit as this could cause your package to be disposed of and you will be held liable for this. 

Can I add to my order?

If you would like to add to your order we will need you to place another order. We ask you to then get in touch with us, informing us of your 2 order numbers. We can then merge these two orders together and refund you on one of the shipping charges.
